激光功率探针
激光探针是对激光功率测量方法的突破。Laser point公司提供Cronos和Fit两个系列的激光探针,内置微处理器.根据温度动力学确定**测量时间长度,全自动运算得出功率参数,可多次测量而无需制冷。
